Cancellation Policy
Terms Summary – See Full Rules & Regulations Non-refundable deposit required to reserve date. Balance due 30 days prior. No rescheduling. Cancellation fees may apply within 60 days. Client is responsible for venue access, safe load-in, and supervision of guests and minors. Weather or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation at Company discretion (non-refundable).
